The cost of this year’s trip will be $1900.00*. The price includes round trip airfare, hotel accommodations, and all meals, entrance fees to highlighted locations, ground transportation and gratuities. While this is not a school sponsored trip, the students are chaperoned by school district personnel at all times. The trips is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 through Tuesday, March 18, Sunday, March 16 through Wednesday, March 19, or Monday, March 17 through Thursday, March 20. A meeting will be held prior to the trips to inform parents of final details about packing, assigned flights, medical release forms, etc. We look forward to your participation.

Checks or money orders are made payable to Discovery Tours and mailed to PO Box 23, League City, TX, 77574. Payments may also be submitted through Venmo. Venmo payments should include the child’s name and school in the memo line as well as a contact number.
Participants have the opportunity to purchase Trip Cancellation Plan* or TCP. The cost of the plan is $200. It must be paid with the initial registration payment and may not be added at a later date. Participants can prorate the payment plan by adding $50 to each of the four scheduled payments. The TPP allows a participant to cancel the trip for full refund up to 24 hours before departure. A TCP form or must be completed at the time of registration.
Students will be required to have satisfactory conduct in order to participate. If a child’s conduct is deemed unacceptable, payment will be returned. Discovery Tours holds the right not to accept a participant on the field trip based on the safety and welfare of the trip as a whole.
All participants will be required to have valid medical insurance before the departure of the trip. Those participants not insured may purchase medical trip insurance at 1-800-826-4919.
Adult participants who wish to upgrade their rooms may do so for an additional fee. The trip is priced at four participants to a room. The fee for the room upgrade should be divided equally between the five payments. Please initial room type choice.
Quad Room (4 adults, 2 double beds and a pull-out) | No additional charge
Triple Room (3 adults, 2 double beds and a pull out) | $56.00 each/ $14 per payment
Double Room* (2 adults, 2 double beds or a king and a pull out) | $168.00 each/ $42 per payment
Single Room* (1 adult, king bed) | $504.00/ $124 per payment
